Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. The items you order may ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse for the fastest delivery possible. Thousands of select products on our site will arrive by the next business day if ordered by 11 am. This is noted on the product pages of these select items.

Other items can be expected to arrive within 5 to 10 business days [note that larger items must ship via freight, adding time to the overall delivery]. In the event that any or all of your items require extra processing time, you will be notified via the contact information provided. The shipping method varies for each product and will be determined by the shipping warehouse. Shipping rates are provided during checkout.

Please inspect your order/shipment within 72 hours of receipt to check for any damage or shortage of your merchandise. If damage or shortage of product is present, contact us immediately at 800.592.1306. *Damage or shortage that is reported more than 72 hours after delivery may not qualify for return or fulfillment.

Keep in mind that we may require proof of product damage including pictures, screenshots and/or videos to help with setting up the return process.

Free Shipping

We will deliver your order of $99 or greater for free from Dock-to-Dock in the Contiguous United States. In English, this means that an extra fee will only be applied in the following situations:

You live in a location outside of the contiguous US like Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico or are shipping to an APO or FPO location.
You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight but you don't have a loading dock. The freight company then charges for a special truck with a lift gate
You order a large item (over 80 lbs. or odd sized) that must ship freight AND you require that the item is delivered inside or above the first floor. Here again, the trucking company charges an extra fee.

Item Pricing & Availability

All prices/fees* and availability on this website are subject to change without notice. SupplyChimp.com makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing and availability. Occasionally, our suppliers change pricing or stock without notice and/or items can be mis-priced or discontinued. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or availability due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SupplyChimp.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. We will notify you of any changes to your order. You will have the opportunity to accept the new price, or cancel your order.We apologize for any inconvenience. Our goal is to get you the product you want at a great price.

Order Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing or calling SupplyChimp.com customer service to make a cancellation request. Orders can be canceled if done so prior to shipment. If your order has already shipped (missed cancellation window), you may still return your order to SupplyChimp.com by following the directions under the Returns & Replacements section below.

We strongly recommend customers refrain from refusing delivery of unwanted orders, as they will be charged for both the outbound and return shipping charges associated with that order. These charges will be deducted from any order refund amount. We can not guarantee the final disposition of any orders where the customer or recipient has refused delivery.

Returns & Replacements

In the event that an item needs to be returned e.g. a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately to begin the return process. If you are unable to receive your package and it is returned to us, this is also considered a return. All products are shipped directly from the distributor warehouse and ARE NOT shipped back to the SupplyChimp.com business address.

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new and resellable condition and must be in the original box. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may be charged for returned products. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless item was shipped in error.

Credit will not be issued on shipping charges or special shipping fees. When returning a product that originally received free shipping, your credit will be reduced by the normal shipping costs charged to SupplyChimp.com.

Some items are non-returnable and are noted on their specific product page. At this time, non-returnable items include but are not limited to SEM Hard Drive Crushers, Kobra Cyclones, 3D Systems Printers, FireKing built to order safes and file cabinets. Privacy & Security

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them, a description of information that we maintain about them. Consumers can access this information by writing to us at the above address. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending us an e-mail at the above address or calling us at the above telephone number.

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or health information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

GSA & State Contract Pricing Info

GSA & State pricing is reserved for Federal Government & State Customers/Entities only. Gov.SupplyChimp.com & State.SupplyChimp.com currently has a government contract with the US Federal and State Government and can only offer GSA and State pricing to federal and state government customers. In order for our customers to receive GSA & State pricing we will need to confirm that you represent a government entity and should receive such pricing.
